I used a variant of this to survive Green Acres (the map with +50% enemy hp) at 100% curse!! The survivability is absolutely ridiculous. Luminaire. Vampire Survivors. I can't say I have too much experience with it, just one full game in the library, but it just seems worse in every way compared to the two guns, besides the fact that you have an extra slot.
